Sweetie and I have taken off several vacation days over the past couple of weeks, mainly due to the holidays. I mean, if I can use three days of vacation time and have a four day weekend and five day weekend, why would I not stake the opportunity? I cleaned out the attic today, in anticipation of taking the last load of donations to our local center tomorrow, before the end of the year. With the impending fiscal cliff, and losing another child deduction this year, we need every dime in deductions that we can get. Regardless, I did work today cleaning out the attic and getting rid of stuff we don’t need for whatever reason. I will haul it to the donation station tomorrow. I may even do a bit of shopping while I am there. I will for use enjoy the vacation day I have, and hopefully no one will call from work.
